Get on the shuttle, the driver will take you to the Gold board where you'll see your name and spot #. Get in the car, drive it to the exit gate, show your DL and you're good to go.

Don't expect any recognition or special consideration as a 5*. It's pretty much the equivalent to being a 3P on United.
