First rental as a Gold 5*, what to expect?

This might seem a bit silly, but with the UA 1K I got Hertz Gold 5*. I plan to rent from DEN in Feb.
What can I expect in service and efficiency and car condition? What do I say? Do I just tell the driver my name and will they drop me right off at the car? Do I need to go to the counter to take care of any paperwork? What can I expect out of the car? Any upgrades if I book a midsize SUV?

Can anyone walk me through the steps, I don't want to feel lost when I get there

All my other rentals were via other parties like EZRAC when I had a corp account open to waive the underage fee, and since they just got rid if it, I got to go to a different company. I did do Enterprise and National but that was with 0 status
