Do find you 'recover' more quickly(timezone/sleep issues) from a shorter trip like that to MCO than FRA or doesn't it even matter anymore?
It's about time I thanked you all for taking the time to answer our questions. Thanks!

Since they had no reserves to spare, NO, they did not replace me. The FRA flight went out a little understaffed. And I agree, the "new" junior galley person was less than thrilled by my leaving, especially because there were 40 special meals boarded ( a lot of work!!).
As far as recovering goes, obviously with less of a time change, you recover more quickly but the long days that you fly domestically really wear you out almost as much as the time change does internationally.
