FC FA was very apologetic about it...
I've seen FA's use "new" coffee packs as "air fresheners in these cases...definitely seems "helpful."

Agreed. So many things on that plane that need help. I'd be happy if they just gave the MD-80's a good cleaning once in a while.
But, if I was--as per an earlier post---spending a good part of my life in that back jumpseat, I'd be really happy about this. That is just a nasty place to have to sit, and those knee-banging doors don't make it any easier.
