I post this just in case you didn't know. I called a few weeks ago and asked for credit for two 500 milers, which were debited without merit. The MP agent put the request in and told me to look for it in about 10 days.

While we were chatting, I mentioned that I rarely use these 500 milers, seeing as most of my travel in Int'l and I use SWU's. She said that I can have the 500 milers converted into miles at any time I wish. I was surprised. I asked her to convert 25 of them, and viola, it was complete.

Just in case you need the miles for an award or such thing, you may have some miles hiddened under that upgrade summary.
