The TSA's own site claims they are
subject to the Privacy Act, but individual screeners seem quite averse to any sort of compliance, IME. And the statement on the TSA site is full of weasel words, like "will provide you with notice of the collection in
appropriate circumstances" (emphasis mine), so YMMV as to their actual compliance.
They mention the Federal Information Security Management Act but not the Federal Privacy Act of 1974.
