Anybody else shorted on the Second Voucher 2007 period program. That was the promo capped at 4000 bonus miles. My tax payment was made 6/12/07.
I just received my statement and was credited properly, 4000 bonus miles. My wife also received the bonus which was 500 miles when it should have been 3500 miles. Any advise as to how to follow up on this?
Same advice for dealing with Chase credit card problems as has been given a number of times by others - logon at
www.chase.com and use their secure message option to lodge a complaint. You will first get a form acknowledgement and promise to get back to you within 24 hours. It hasn't always been 24 hours for me, but I have always gotten a response, one I felt I could rely on as opposed to the ones over the phone which can be less than fully reliable and satisfactory.
