I have a question in that I don't think I have ever seen a line for anyone who happened to be enrolled in SPG. To my recollection, I've only seen them for Gold & Plats. Just wondering.

In terms of the effectiveness of these special lines, it has been hit or miss for me as well. As others have, the most frustrating part is that sometimes they appear open but are not being staffed. And the only way to find that out is to stand there like an idiot for a while.
