I stayed at the Chicago North Shore for about 6 months, and they actually used this line. But about half way in they hired a really hot blonde, and I think they decided that the elite guests would rather deal with the hot blonde then the competent employees. So you'd get in the line with the hottie, and when you got to front, 50% of the time she wouldn't know how to do what you wanted, so you had to wait while she asked one of the girls working the non-elite line. She was really hot though....
