First class on a 757?

I already posted about FC on an A319 on my SFO-EWR redeye. FC on that flight does not seem like it would be worth the 5000 miles. What about on my EWR-SFO leg aboard a 757? Is that worth the upgrade from E+? I am a premier on a full fare ticket.
