I'll pile on here too. I almost never check bags, but the last time I did, over the holidays, it took over an hour before the carousel even started. This was a 10pm or so arrival from ORD into BOS. The one thing I'd take issue with is whether it's gotten worse; my experience is that it has always been this bad. Incoming baggage handling in BOS is atrocious.
