the main aspect of upgrade tracker (not seat counting) is an interesting concept: he's trying to deduce upgrade probabilities by class. But rolling up all Medallion classes into a single statistic can be a little meaningless. I hope this guy thinks about doing some further breakdown, e.g., upgrade by Medallion class AND by either (a) source city or (b) specific route. He seems to collect enough raw data to even do it by day of the week!
