I'm apparently not very observant. I fly out of IAD every week (B44) and didn't notice they were expanding the B concourse. I knew about the trams and the new runway, but not the expansion of B. It just goes to prove that I'm not a morning person (we'll ignore that I also fly back in there every Thursday night...)

The article said to take the shuttle to B62-B79 but take the moving sidewalk for B14 to B52...does this imply that the new B section will not be available from the "old" B? In otherwords if someone is connecting from B44 and going out of B76 (unlikely as it may be) must they go all the way back near the security Checkpoint to get on a shuttle?
