Here's an interesting question: Have you ever had a passenger get fed up with the kids behind them screaming and kicking their seat where the passenger turns around and tells them and their parents off? How are situations like that handled?
If you are having problems with a child that is not yours please tell a F/A. I generally handle it before the other passengers inform me of it. I have even told a child in front of the parent to stop. I get a look and they get one right back. But as long as a parent is handling the situation themselves I don't say anything.
