Since your GS, call them and have them book it for you. You will likely have to eat the booking fee.

The other alternative is to make a booking on the bomb, and then hold it. Then, call and have them rebook the segments into the appropriate bucket.

Of course, its also possible that the flights are truly sold out, but I honestly would find this really hard to believe.
