With a shopping-mad wife, I have been to pretty much all of the malls in Central Florida. Personally I prefer Premium Outlets is a better set-up than Prime Outlets plus it's closer to Disney. One way to get there is to take the Disney bus to Downtown Disney and then just cab over there. There's a taxi stand near the Nike outlet for the ride back.

BTW, Millenia Mall is very, very nice.
