No, not just your crappy luck. I loathe checking bags into BOS but, about once a year, it's unavoidable. It seems to make it that much worse being in F and one of the first off the plane. At the very least, on those occasions when I'm stuck in an exit row, it wastes 10 minutes that I'd otherwise be standing at the carousel.
