I just got an e-mail from StudentUniverse and they confirmed everything and waived the fee. 9 times out of 10 I'll book directly.. but UA wanted almost $400 for my itin and this student fares site was selling it for $218 all-in. I would have been a fool to book through UA directly! I'm used to getting the runaround from everyone at the airport because I'm 21 and people (incorrectly) assume I'm a rather infrequent student traveler who doesn't know what he's talking about! Thanks for the tips.. tho it looks like things will work out (even if I'm in 18F at the back of the ERJ
