My wife and I are both SM's and our upgrade experience out of BOS is mixed. We often travel on weekends when there aren't that many business travelers and those flights have a good probability of being upgraded, even to ATL and MCO (note that ORL is the code for the Orlando executive airport which doesn't have regular airline service). When we travel during the week, our upgrade experience isn't anywhere near as good, especially to/from ATL.
