I've found a fair few Delta fairs that dont have routing limitations. I assumed that this would allow me to route this flight anywhere (basically) and use this fare.. but that's not the case..

What does it mean when a fare rule does not have any Routing limitations besides the MPM..

does that mean, I can segment anywhere in the world as long as I dont pass the MPM?
