Just noticed these alterations (in bold too) for the
T&C's for the Amex card
This offer is open to all new bmi credit card holders who have applied via an application form containing details of the welcome bonus destinations miles offer. This offer is only available once per customer, if you have received bonus miles for any bmi credit card previously you will not receive a second bonus miles award.
Looks like this 'perk' is really shut
