As I said above, I'm all but positive you won't be able to use the RCC. The only way I could imagine, and I haven't tried it, would be if you had no checked bags to claim, and stayed inside the international transit area for a time before you go through immigration and customs. Once you "enter" Brazil, you can't get back to the RCC until you "exit" for your international departure.
