I think he meant new to this thread! I made the same mistake. I thought you were jmottle clarifying as well.

Sorry, but I've never booked a hotel with Aeroplan points either. However, if you go to the Aeroplan website, go to Use your miles, go to Travel, go to Hotels, you should be able to make a reservation there.
