Sure, I'll look at the grand canyon as I fly by. Pretty used to it, but it's still something cool to see in the right light, or flying by Mt Ranier or Mt St Helens, or flying around the Carribean, there are still some pretty sights to look at.
You guys do get some great views. I've been on a couple of SEA-LAX flights where the pilot organized a closer than usual Mt. Rainier fly-by. The mountain just filled up the windows on the plane and it was quite spectacular in the late afternoon sunlight. On one flight, even though we were more than an hour late, most of the pax thanked the pilot as they were leaving the plane, so we appreciate it, too.
