Well I'm not sure if you are talking about the Corporate Pass or the Flight Pass for Business cause these are apprently different products but here
is the 30 credit pass for business.

From the terms at the bottom seems there isn't much requirements but your CEO friend should be careful adding the names to the pass as no changes are allowed after you add someone.
