Does anyone know if QR are following their stated new policy of not providing overnight hotel accomodation since July 07?

I have a 10.5 hr layover later in the week, and wanted to know before trying. Or whether just to go straight to the premium terminal, and try and sleep there?

Also is it possible to collect one's luggage, or is it checked straight through?
