since we are talking about re-issuing, can you remind of the rules in this situation?
I have a DONE4 ticket issued in May 2006, prior to change in rules about surface segments. I have 20 flight segment and a few surface segments. If I were to reissue it today, would I be "grandfathered" under old rules or will I have to comply with new rules about including surface segments into total 20-segment count? Can I make change to my routing to include surface segments not being counted (i.e. as per old rules) or will any surface segments going forward will be included in total count?
