Asked this question by a colleague, who is CEO of a small company.

There are looking to buy a corporate pass (30 credits) for Canada wide - registered corporation in ON. question is, out of the 8 paxs, there are: full- and part-time employees, some current consultants, and others are friends/family members of the CEO that help in relationship building, and revenue generation. So, really ALL of them have a link with the company.

Is this ok? Do you need to provide an actual employment contract when travelling. The CEO is willing to sign them up. Any thoughts?
