Or so I thought. When I finally got through I was told that both tickets would be switched to the AC n/s to YYC and that I would have an email within 2 hours with the new tix. Didn't get it, so I'm on the phone with them right now and am being told that the DEN-YYC leg isn't cancelled, even though my easy check-in says that it is and that they're changing us back to the original flights. I am arguing up a storm and they've agreed to put my wife on LAX-YYC but are now saying they can't change mine as I booked through Air Canada, even though the CSA this morning told me that it was possible.

UA cant even keep their lies straight, never mind provide any decent customer service. Nothing like 2 hours wasted on hold today to try and get home.
