I gave a co-worker a CS voucher I had kicking around, to help her with her regular commute between Chicago and Oklahoma City to plan her wedding. Redeeming this has not proven to be easy. The only way that seems to work is if she were to make the reservation give me cash in the amount of the difference, and I were to drive to the airport with voucher and cash to purchase the ticket.

I tried asking the RCC staff if there were a simpler way, but the CSR I got - the first one I ever met who fully deserved the term "dragon" - wouldn't budge from the position that even if the voucher is transferable, I shouldn't be allowed to give it to anyone else.

Is there any simple way to do this? Maybe ticket by mail?
