Ask CX for the corresponding QF reservation number (I assume there is a QF flight in the booking) - they would have received that back from QF when they started the process. You should then get some flights showing on CMT but CX and AA flights may only show the first flight in a sequence.
If that all fails, just ring QF (again, if you have a QF flight) and tell them what flight you are booked on and to ask for their PNR. That'll get you into CMT.
