The thread title is wrong as of now. It may be different several weeks from now, but a claim like "Sky marshals set for all EU flights" is false -- it is false as of this hour today, this hour even next week, or this hour even next month.

Also, FAMs and sky marshals are not one and the same. The EU member countries' sky marshals are not FAMs.
