Only if you come from the school of belief that age is a curse instead of a sign of wisdom and experience. Pretending that age doesn't exist or doesn't matter isn't natural or normal. I appreciate them exactly because of who they are and who they present themselves as, and I wouldn't trade them for anyone younger, so it's only an insult if you view it that way.
