Those middle seats are the best in the cabin for solo travellers. The 767-400s are "widebodies" meaning two aisles and the "middle" seat is in between the two aisles. There's no one climbing over you during the flight to get to the lavatory and you can get up whenever you like plus with both aisles accessible you'll never bump into one of the FAs even during the meal service.
