Ok, let me help here.

1) Since you are taking a domestic connection, you MUST clear customs and immigration in Sao Paulo GRU.
2) Your bags can be checked through, but you will need to pick them up again because you have to go through Customs. After that, you will exit the International Area and if you go straigh ahead you will eventually see some counters dedicated to connecting passangers in transit to other brazilian cities where you can drop off your bags. UA and JJ both use Terminal 1.
3) You will have to clear security again
4) I believe you can use the RCC, in fact the last UA flights I took they even announced it.
5) JJ Domestic lounge = JJ Red Card holders ONLY.
