Why not?
One stopover is allowed on UA awards US-Europe.
The rule is that the
award cannot be wholly within one region and still have a stopover (i.e., no stopovers on 25K US-Canada awards), not that the stopover cannot be had in the US on any awards.
En route stopovers: No stopovers are permitted on awards wholly within a geographic region. Awards between regions allow one stopover. ’Round-The-World awards allow a maximum of five stopovers.

Now I see that the OP has two stopovers. That's not permitted--the problem isn't that there is a stopover in DEN--the problem is that there is both a stopover in DEN and another in KRR.

Now I am confused again. KRR is the destination, it seems, not a stopover. OP, can you clarify?
