Personally, I find the LIM food court to be one of the best in the World in terms of value. There's a great chicken restaurant - an order of 8 wings will set you back less than $1.50, and they're delicious. There's another good Chinese-Peruvian place, too, that has decent selections in the $1-$2 range.
Sodas, though, are insane - I paid $2.00 USD. Well above the going rate in Peru (4 times so).
