Fresh out of school, and newly employed, I was coming back from lunch one day and saw a co-worker also coming back, we were walking from the parking lot and it was very windy, and so her loose dress was pressed tightly around her. As we merged our way to the elevator she said hello, and I said "Hi Pam!. Congratulations, when are you due?".

If you could have seen the look on her face. She let it sink in too, then after a pause, said simply "I'm not pregnant". She never mentioned it again, but months later other co-workers were teasing me about it, so I'm sure she did say something to people.
