My wife was at MAN T2 on Thursday.
Only 1 Servisair check in agent for this (non BA obviously) flight. There was only 1 person in front of her in the queue, who took 20 mins to check in.
Then my wife took 40 mins, as the agent didn't know how to input my daughters passport details (a non-biometric passport that they increasingly don't like). they had to give wifey express-lane for security as she was so late for the flight, having had a go at her for checking in late (it was 70 minutes before departure when she joined the very short but very slow queue).
Sometime it isn't the PAX fault.
