I used to fly the UA HNL-KIX, and KIX-GUM and KIX-SPN-GUM regularly (5-6 times per year) in the 1995-1997 timeframe.

The SPN stop on the KIX-GUM route was on Wednesdays and Sundays, the rest of the weeks it was KIX-GUM nonstop. The KIX-(SPN)-GUM flights were typically LAX based FA.
IIRC, the KIX-GUM flight numbers were 860/861. HNL-KIX always seemed to be HNL based FA. I believe that they used the same plane for HNL-KIX as they used for KIX-GUM, a 741 IIRC. This was with those old gray F seats, predating even the seats they used before F suites came in.
