Hi,
I have a non-refundable itinerary booked on CO for approx. $750. I found out that I can get a fare to a nearby destination airport (not the original destination airport) for about 1/2 price. two questions.

1. I know I have the option of cancelling the reservation at the co.com website. If I remember correctly, doesn't it give me the option of getting credit for the value of the tickets? Does CO automatically issue me a travel voucher electronically -- is it emailed or is it a mailed paper voucher for this cancelled ticket?

2. If I'm able to get the travel voucher right away electronically, would I be able to use the voucher online at co.com to book reservation for TWO people (me and my wife with same last name) and use the voucher for both of us or is it limited to use for just me even if we have one PNR?
