I am new to CO after deciding to give them a try to HNL vs. US Air where I have Silver status as well. Working on a CO comp to Silver from US at the moment, but purchased an "R" fare BOS-EWR-HNL-EWR-BOS for about $1850.
The ticketing shows R for all segments & on line the equipment is 767-400ER, but on SeatGuru & Expertflyer it shows 2 A/C used for HNL (doesn't specify what routes, however) 1 with 7 rows BF and 1 with 4 rows BF. I'm ticketed in 6F on the outbound and 4A on the return. Do they rotate equipment on this route, (i.e. I show up & find row 6 is actually a coach seat - that's a famous US trick when they swap in A/C) or is it safe to stay booked in row 6?
