I've never been told this, but I guess I don't ask for booking help often. I did, once, have an itinerary on hold and wanted to use a voucher I had gotten for volunteering on an oversold flight (they can't take them online)
She was willing to ticket it but was going to have to charge me a 15.00 airport ticketing fee. That was a bit of a slap in the face after having paid 300/year for the "services" in there
Side note - turns out I was able to call the Web Booking hotline and they processed the voucher, gave me an address to mail it to, and NO booking fee. Just makes me wonder why the AC can't do that for it's members?
