I filled out one of the surveys for the wonderful ladies who work at the President's Club here in Seattle, and today in the mail I got a letter from the CO PClub executive staff thanking me...which is a nice touch, but has to be one of the weirder thank you letters I've ever recieved. In essence: "Thanks for having a great experience. We appreciate you!"

Interesting touch. I do hope they win club of the year. The level of service I get at SEA is incredible. They remember all their regulars, they help you before you even ask, they're always in a good mood, even on bad days. Just an incredible group. They're all a little on the older side, but in the best way possible. I feel like I have 3 adoptive moms when I am there.
