As I recall there are a number of streets that begin at the train station and fan our toward the city center. One of those streets contains the brothels etc. I found it the first time by accident just walking around. It did not scare me, but I'm originally from Detroit. Seriously, I think it's one street, and if you don't want to see it just don't go there.

The second time I found it was not by accident. But that's another story...
