One last comment: The best Hotel I have stayed in during this California trip was the Omni San Diego. This Hotel is absolutley comparable in terms of service, friendliness and romms etc. even to Hotels like The Peninsula in BKK. They had presents for the kids and a amazing Select-Guest Morning Service. So I will prefer Omni definitely over Hyatt next time I am in the US.
OMNI has a very limited number of properties and as result it is easier for them to maintain quality.
IMO on average Hyatts in US are better than the other business hotel chains (Sheraton, Hilton). I would contact Hyatt customer relations regarding your experience at Hyatt WV.
