After paying for water, electricity, soap, tissue, seatcovers, and disinfectant, I wonder how much of the quarter is left? From an economic standpoint, these make absolutely no sense. They have similar units in Paris (sanisettes) and a handful in London - are we just trying to keep up with the Joneses?
