From a working point of view - love em!! Maximum seat comfort, large windows, no middle seat, and reliability of the Thales System has improved significantly on the EMB fleet - rarely a reset anymore.

On the 190 - given the fact that there are 20 extra customers, an extra lavatory would have been nice, as would ovens in J/C for hot meals. Although in my opinion, the cold meals are often superior to the hot offerings.

Usually choose EMB flights for extra flying/overtime - good on the blood pressure
