In Y, they are the hands-down winner, and far superior to the Airbus A319/20/21s (XMed or not), just on the 2 by 2 seating.
In J, though, I really try to avoid them. Not only is the lack of an oven a big big downside (and given the length of flights they now do, they make for an inconsistent J product on many routes), but they also have far less space in the overhead bins.
