Just got back from the UA forum. It would appear that they are not particularly fond of DL. It would seem that many of them think that UA is a superior product to DL.

I guess many of them haven't flown in DL lately.

I'm not sure how no free upgrades, international call centers, disgruntled employees, paying for liquor in the RCC and dirty planes are superior to DL. They must be really sold on Economy-plus.
